A fragrant Chinese curry made with ginger, garlic, cinnamon and a hint of aniseed. A subtle tingly heat from the szechuan peppercorns combined with a slight sweetness, gives the dish it’s distinctive Chinese flavour. We serve with sticky jasmine rice – a staple side dish in many parts of Asia.
