Goan Vegetable Curry

With Coconut & Ginger Chutney

This delicious Goan curry blends together sweetness from the caramelised onions and creamy coconut milk, depth of flavour from the masala spices and tartness from the tamarind and lime. We serve with a fragrant coconut & ginger chutney on the side.

Masala Blend: cumin, tamarind, coriander, turmeric, black pepper, garlic powder, red chilli powder, cloves. Chutney Blend:  urid dal, *mustard seeds, *yellow mustard seeds
