A classic Malaysian dish made with creamy coconut milk and tofu. It’s distinctive flavour comes from fragrant spices including cumin, coriander and star anise, combined with kaffir lime leaves and tamarind. We serve with turmeric rice on the side.

Kit Ingredients:

Rendang Blend: cumin, coriander, turmeric, galangal, tamarind, chilli powder, ginger, cinnamon, cardamom, star anise, cloves, kaffir lime leaves. Turmeric Rice Blend: turmeric, *mustard seeds, curry leaves, cinnamon, curry leaf powder, asafoetida, by leaf powder.
