A classic Thai coconut curry made with chicken and potatoes. Our special yellow curry powder gives the dish its distinctive flavour with added fragrance coming from the whole cinnamon and kaffir lime leaves. We serve this with a traditional Thai condiment called Nam Prik, which adds saltiness, tang, and heat from the birds-eye chillies.

PREP: 15 Mins    COOK: 35 Mins    SERVES: 4 People    HEAT RATING: Medium (hotter if using all the birds-eye chillies!)
