A classic Thai curry made with coconut milk, galangal, kaffir lime leaves, lemongrass and fragrant warming spices. We serve with a traditional Thai condiment called Nam Prik, which adds saltiness, tang and heat from the birds-eye chillies.

Kit Ingredients:

Yellow Curry Blend: chilli Flakes, turmeric, bay leaf, coriander, cumin, ginger, cloves, white pepper. Whole Spices & Herbs: cinnamon, bay leaf, kaffir lime leaves, lemongrass, birds-eye chillies.


Your shopping list:

  • 200g tofu or vegan chicken-style strips
  • potatoes (300g peeled weight)
  • 150g trimmed tenderstem broccoli
